Conference Meals

We will have a meet-and-greet on Monday evening which will include hors d’oeuvres. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday we will provide breakfast and lunch as well as snacks during breaks.

Hotel Accomodations

The conference is located at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa. Due to the strong response to this year's conference, the room block at the Renaissance Montgomery Hotel & Spa has reached capacity and is now fully booked. However, rooms are currently available at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Montgomery Hotel & Conference Center, which is serving as the conference overflow hotel.

Embassy Suites by Hilton Montgomery Hotel is conveniently located right next door to the Renaissance and the Convention Center and offers attendees easy access to all conference activities while providing a comfortable and convenient lodging option.
